In the near distance
certain shapes appear
Glare from the outside light
prevents their resemblance
they all seem shady
To uncover them
I'll need some front light
if that is possible at all
seeing them clearly from my point of view
Give me some light
a flicker or two
bring to my eyes
the vision of truth
Give me emotion
just a moment of time
to see the distinction
in this life of mine
